"Teacher be thy Student and Life be thy Vehicle"

One of my coaches said to me once, "Matthew, you're going to have to change who you are in order to make the change in the world you wish to."  While I'm paraphrasing since I don't remember his exact words, it hit home to me.

"I wasn't enough and I had to change."

Whether or not this was his message or if how I received it was his intended effect, who I was at the time had this as a take-a-way.

A realization that's come to me that I've been able to happily pass on to others is that it's not about "changing" per se, but rather EMBRACING that part of yourself that already has what you want and letting that part of your life live with more vitality.

Of course there were other positively motivational messages I also took away from the short phone call which inspired my dedication to enhance my ability to live, share, inspire, assist, and co-create with others.

That was but ONE of the MANY powerful conversations and realizations I've had as a byproduct of working with coaches and learning from mentors over the years and I'm grateful for all of them.  My passion for health, quality experience, insight, awareness, conscious creation, and vitality has driven me to continue my education every day.

After 14 years in the coaching industry, I'm grateful to be armed with refined tools, perspectives, and curiosity, which has proven useful for hundreds to thousands of clients as a ripple effect in the world.
